FOR RELIEF IN NEED OF PERSONS IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS RESIDENT IN THE AFORESAID PARISHES. FOR THE PAYMENT OF PENSIONS TO POOR PERSONS WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE PARISH OF BENEFIT FOR NOT LESS THAN FIVE YEARS (FOR DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 25 OF SCHEME OF 10 FEBRUARY 1982)
