The Southern Housing Board is responsible for the strategic management and good governance of Eason Gruaz Homes on behalf of the Trustee, whilst operational management has been delegated to the Chief Executive and staff of Southern Housing by the Trustee. Southern Housing provides support services such as risk management; IT, financial services and facilities management to Eason Gruaz Homes. — page 17
