IF IN ANY YEAR THE INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION IN THE MANNER AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE SAME AS THEY THINK FIT FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH.
