(1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:(A) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR THE BENEFICIARIES;(B) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE; (C) THE PROVISION OF EXTRA-CARE ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFICIARIES, WITH A PREFERENCE FOR RESIDENTS IN THE HOMES; AND (D) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, BUT ONLY IN SO FAR AS THE CHARITYãS INCOME CANNOT BE APPLIED FOR THE PURPOSES SET OUT IN SUB-CLAUSES (1) (A) TO (C) ABOVE.(2) THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR USE FOR THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY.
