TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME IN ASSISTING POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA WHO ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS AND WHO ARE PREPARING, ENTERING OR ENGAGED IN ANY TRADE.
