ENHANCING PUBLIC ACCESS TO THEATRE ARTS THROUGH PRODUCING, FACILITATING AND PRESENTING THEATRICAL PUBLIC PERFORMANCES; AND? PROMOTING PARTICIPATION, APPRECIATION AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE DRAMATIC ARTS IN THE PUBLIC. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
