THE PREVENTION, OR RELIEF, OF POVERTY BY WIDENING ACCESS TO PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES (NOT REQUIRED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY) TO HELP CHILDREN ATTENDING PRE- SCHOOL AND EARLY YEARS NURSERIES AND THEIR FAMILIES IN MALAWI THAT ARE UNABLE TO AFFORD SUCH EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES.
