THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN GHANA, PAKISTAN AND THE UK IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE AND IN PARTICULAR BY SUPPORTING THE BUILDING OF SCHOOLS AND MEDICAL FACILITIES IN GHANA & PAKISTAN AND PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES IN GHANA, PAKISTAN AND THE UK, FOOD AND CLOTHING TO HOMELESS IN THE UK, GHANA AND PAKISTAN AND SUPPORTING THE BUILDING OF INFRASTRUCTURE IN GHANA AND PAKISTAN TO SUPPLY CLEAN WATER TO COMMUNITIES.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
