B) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF PEOPLE OF ALL FAITHS, PRIMARILY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE UK BY PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE NEED.
