SETCHIM CHARITABLE FUND
Our purpose is to provide grants to existing charities whose principal aims are to support the advancement of (a) education, (b) environmental protection or improvement, (c) animal welfare, (d) citizenship or community development.Priority is given to supporting our local communities in (i) Suffolk and (ii) the City of London and its environs.
Financial health, per its FY2025 accounts
The accounts state that the charity operated at an operating deficit of £19,210 for the year ended 31 December 2025, resulting in a net decrease in unrestricted funds. Despite this, the charity maintains total unrestricted reserves of £439,072, which significantly exceeds the trustees' stated policy target of £50,000.
