WORKING WITH LEARNING DISABLED AND AUTISTIC PEOPLE TO REMOVE BARRIERS TO PARTICIPATING IN AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE ARTS, AS A MEANS TO RELIEVE THEIR NEEDS BY:1 PROVIDING EXPERIENCES AND ADVICE TO DEVELOP ARTISTIC, CREATIVE AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS;2 RAISING AWARENESS OF THE LIVED EXPERIENCE OF LEARNING DISABILITY AND AUTISM;3 EDUCATING THEATRES AND ARTS ORGANISATIONS ON ACCESSIBLE AND INCLUSIVE PRACTICE; AND4 WORKING FOR THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION IN THE THE ARTS ON THE GROUNDS OF LEARNING DISABILITIES AND/OR AUTISM.
