ST ALBANS UNITED REFORMED CHURCH CHARITY
As a local congregation of the URC we seek advancement of the Christian faith for the benefit of the public in accordance with the Scheme of Union of the URC. We are aware of our charitable obligations and endeavour to make decisions that benefit all. This includes regular public worship ; teaching the faith to all ages and supporting small local and larger national and international charities.
Financial health, per its FY2024 accounts
The accounts state that the charity reported a net expenditure deficit of £36,014 for the period ended 31 December 2024, primarily due to maintaining the Trinity site property prior to its sale. Despite the deficit, the charity holds unrestricted funds of £95,120, which the trustees confirm are adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
