What the accounts disclose

Governance: Regulator engagement regarding title deed transfer issues following CIO conversion.
There have been some residual issues following on from our becoming a CIO in 2024 concerning the transfer of the title deeds to a portion of the church property. With help from our solicitors we have continued to liaise with the charity commission during this period to bring this to a satisfactory conclusion which we are confident we will do during 2025/26. — page 1
