To advance the Catholic religion by providing accommodation in England and abroad in which the Catholic clergy and the public can celebrate the traditional catholic Mass, the sacraments and other rites, and liturgical devotions connected with advancing the Catholic religion and through the provision of such other support as the trustees deem appropriate.

3.1 TO ADVANCE THE CATHOLIC RELIGION BY PROVIDING ACCOMMODATION IN ENGLAND AND ABROAD IN WHICH THE CATHOLIC CLERGY AND THE PUBLIC CAN CELEBRATE THE TRADITIONAL CATHOLIC MASS, THE SACRAMENTS AND OTHER RITES, AND LITURGICAL DEVOTIONS CONNECTED WITH ADVANCING THE CATHOLIC RELIGION AND THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUCH OTHER SUPPORT AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM APPROPRIATE.3.2 NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
