RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING AMONG VICTIMS OF NATURAL AND OTHER KINDS OF DISASTERS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.2. PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING GRANTS, GOODS, AND OTHER SERVICES TO SUPPORT PEOPLE’S BASIC NEEDS OF FOOD, CLOTHING, HEALTH CARE, EDUCATION, AND SHELTER.3.
