We have three main types of activities:1) Meditation: we organise regular meditation sessions, instructions, retreats, and talks as well as courses in meditation and Buddhist philosophy;2) Public Engagement: we seek to share the benefits of Chan meditation with the public through various channels;3) Social Engagement: we aim to contribute wherever the need arises in the broader community.
