(IV) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SUFFERERS OF ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS AROUND THE WORLD THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT AND MEDICAL ADVICE.
