DULVERTON TOWN HALL
Dulverton Town Hall is a community hall at the heart of the town, offering a quality accessible venue for local and other community organisations and events. The venue brings people together improving their health and well being. An adjoining Thrift Shop, run by volunteers, sells donated goods. The proceeds help the trustees continue to improve the premises and keep hire charges affordable.
Financial health, per its FY2025 accounts
The accounts state that unrestricted reserves stood at £81,892, which the trustees consider satisfactory against a policy target of one year's expected expenditure. The charity reported an excess of receipts over payments of £9,629 for the year ended 31 October 2025. However, a contingent liability exists regarding potential repair costs for a significant crack in the building fabric, the extent of which is currently under investigation.
