We are based in Shaldon, South Devon and perform there and in Teignmouth.

TO PROMOTE THE ART OF DRAMA FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY - ORGANISING AND PERFORMING AMATEUR DRAMATICS;- ENCOURAGING ADULT AND JUNIOR MEMBERS TO DEVELOP THE WORK AND SKILLS ASSOCIATED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF PERFORMING ARTS;- STUDYING AND PRESENTING ALL FORMS OF PERFORMING ARTS; AND - ASSISTING SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS WHICH HAVE PERFORMING ARTS PURPOSES. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
