TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PARENTS AND FAMILIES WHO HAVE SUFFERED A MISCARRIAGE, STILLBIRTH OR NEONATAL DEATH IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF CUDDLECOTS AND SUCH OTHER SUPPORT AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
