THE RELIEF OF THE ELDERLY, IN PARTICULAR THOSE PERSONS RESIDENT IN WADDESDON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS NOW OR HEREINAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE RESIDENTS WHO NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR AGE AND OR INFIRMITY.
