North East England based charity providing sport, physical activity and leisure activities to individuals of all ages, disabilities and backgrounds. Our charity offers one off events and competitions, weekly drop in sessions and training courses. Our ultimate aim is to improve the lives of disabled people within their communities through better health and social interaction.
