A mental health & wellbeing charity supporting people in Lancaster and District to improve their lives. We run a whole programme of social activities to suit all ages and abilities, personal development training, mentoring, talking therapies and out of hours Crisis Cafe which is for people who are in emotional distress and need to see someone immediately
