ALFOXTON PARK TRUST
Alfoxton Park is a Grade II listed building of national importance to the arts as the home of William Wordsworth when he and Samuel Taylor Coleridge wrote the landmark 'Lyrical Ballads'. We are undertaking a major program of heritage restoration and environmentally-exemplary renovation works with a view to opening it as a heritage attraction, literary events venue and residential retreat centre.

Per the trustees' report, free reserves stood at £107,385, which is above the stated policy target of approximately £37,000 (six months of essential core running expenses). The charity remains a going concern with significant fixed assets held for its charitable objectives.
