THE GRUB AND GAB CLUB INCORPORATING COVENTRY OPEN CHRISTMAS
Please take a look at the clubs logo, a smiling plate face supported by a knife and fork and enclosed within a very simple house/home. This device, we hope, encapsulates the clubs aim and objective, which is: To provide food, shelter, warmth and friendship to the homeless or lonely. Each Saturday we operate an open kitchen where anyone can get a hot meal and we also provide a bag of food.
Financial health, per its FY2025 accounts
The accounts state that the charity held £54,376 in total funds at the end of the year, representing a surplus of £3,947 over expenditure. The trustees report that the principal funding sources are grants and donations, and they are actively seeking new sources to maintain operations. The independent examiner confirmed that no material matters came to their attention that would cause concern about the accounts.
