THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (‘THE OBJECTS’) ARE:1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF SHEEN MOUNT PRIMARY SCHOOL BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND SPORTING SERVICES EQUIPMENT OR FACILITIES IN AUGMENTATION OF SUCH SERVICES, EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES FINANCED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY, WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS. 2) TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE WITHIN THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.
