TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT HEALTH AND RELIEVE SICKNESS AND INFIRMINTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION THROUGH THE DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION TO PROMOTE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH.4.
