THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST WILFRID'S STANDISH
St Wilfrid's Standish Church has several important activities that are central to it's main purposes; faith being the central activity with regular services, being a central hub for the Parish, as well as our Parish Hall which is an important meeting place in the community for faith groups, children's activities as well as catering for any other groups.
Financial health, per its FY2024 accounts
The accounts state that the charity recorded a surplus of £40,173 for the year ended 31 December 2024, with total incoming resources of £317,579 and total expenditure of £284,982. Per the trustees' report, free reserves of £787,014 are deemed adequate to cover approximately six months of running costs and are in line with the PCC reserves policy. The charity operates a defined contribution pension scheme and has no material uncertainties regarding its ability to continue as a going concern.
