THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO RELIEVE PERSONS, WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE RESIDENT OR TEMPORARILY LOCATED IN PAKISTAN BUT IN PARTICULAR CITIZENS OF PAKISTAN, WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF LOCAL, NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL DISASTER OR BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AND TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
