THE PHOENIX GARDEN
To provide and maintain (or assist in the provision and maintenance of) public gardens and open spaces for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of Covent Garden and others, in the interest of social welfare and with the object of improving conditions of life for the said inhabitants and others and to create and maintain suitable habitats to support and encourage wildlife.
