The purpose of the CIO is to support voluntary and community organisations near to the Kelmarsh Wind Farm. Near to the Kelmarsh Windfarm shall be defined as Clipston, Haselbech, Kelmarsh, Naseby and other villages to a lesser extent; provided that organisations operating in the Parishes of Clipston, Haselbech, Kelmarsh and Naseby will be supported with a priority treatment.
