Wirral Fox Rescue
Wirral Fox Rescue, formally Pawprints, is Wirral's only dedicated centre for the rescue, rehabilitation and release of foxes. Through a combination of coordinated veterinary services and our excellent in house programme, we aim to nurse our foxes back to health before releasing them into the wild, preferably where they were first found.
Financial health, per its FY2025 accounts
The accounts state that unrestricted reserves stood at £17,804, an increase from £10,770 in the prior year, resulting in a net income surplus of £7,034. The trustees note that while the charity aims to hold reserves covering six months of commitments, it is currently below this target. The charity operates with minimal paid staff, relying on a single Centre Manager and significant volunteer support.
