“The Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association (RNAA) is a related party as Dr C M Richards is a Trustee of the RNAA and M A Nicholas MBE DL is the Managing Director of the RNAA. The RNAA made four grants to the Charity in the year to 31 December 2023 totalling £20,000 (2023 - three grants in total £15,000) relating to staffing support. Included within other debtors as at 31 December 2024 is a balance of £27,742 (2023 - £32,299) owed by the RNAA. The RNAA also acted as an agent on behalf of the Charity during the year, with income being received totalling £57,155 (2023 - £50,850) and expenditure being incurred totalling £61,712 (2023 - £83,955), through a designated bank account.
