THIS WILL BE ACHIEVED THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL GRANTS TO HELP COVER COSTS SUCH AS TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE HOSPITAL AND/OR THE COST TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION.
