To preserve the historical, architectural and constructional heritage of the Great Chishill Windmill and to advance the education of the public in all aspects of its history and use by:a/ repairing, refurbishing and restoring to sound condition and working order and,b/ conserving and maintaining the restored mill as a museum and heritage centre open to the public.
