The accounts state that Cancer52 generated a surplus of £14,819 for the year ended 31 March 2025, with total income of £363,420 against expenditure of £348,601. Per the trustees' report, unrestricted reserves increased to £65,732, which the Board considers sufficient to cover five months of operational running costs in line with their stated policy of holding between five and seven months' expenditure.
