SAMARITANS OF PLYMOUTH, EAST CORNWALL AND SOUTH WEST DEVON
Samaritans vision is that fewer people die by suicide. We provide a non judgmental listening ear for anyone in distress or despair. People contact us by phone, email, text and face to face at our branch. Our work is based at our office near Plymouth city centre, however we also do outreach within the local community in schools, colleges, prison, the workplace and homeless centres.

The accounts state that the charity reported a net deficit of £12,951 for the year, largely due to planned exceptional expenditure on premises refurbishment and asset purchases. Reserves have been allowed to increase to prepare for anticipated significant future expenditure on improving or replacing premises. Cash funds at year-end were £106,767.
