THE NALDER TRUST
To use the bequest of Miss Nalder under her will dated 24 Janauary 1987 to provide homes for local old people who could not otherwise afford to live in the Brockenhurst Civil Parish. The Trust currently owns four flats at Homeforde House in Brockenhurst which are let to this purpose.

The accounts state that cash funds decreased from £74,411 to £58,023 during the year, resulting in a net payment of £6,388. The charity holds assets retained for own use valued at £420,000, consisting of four long leasehold flats. The independent examiner confirmed that no material matters came to attention that would cause concern regarding the accounts.
