THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE 1. TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF THE BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, AGE, DISABILITY, NATIONALITY, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFECT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, TO ADVANCE HEALTH AND WELLBEING, AND PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SAID INHABITANTS; AND2.
