Financial health, per its FY2025 accounts
The accounts state that the charity's primary income streams are rental and shared library costs, which continue to dominate its finances. The charity holds reserves in line with its policy of six months' running costs, including a specific £20,000 reserve for planned roof repairs. The trustees note that limited grants and repair costs are driving the need to develop further services to generate income.
