SHREWSBURY FOOD HUB
A volunteer-powered charity that stops good food from being wasted and promotes food waste reduction for environmental and social good. We collect surplus food from shops, manufacturers and farms and share it with community groups. In 2025-26, we rescued 272 tonnes of food, mitigating more than 718 tonnes of greenhouse gases, and saving our community partners 40% of their food budget.
