Chelmsford Garden Community Trust (CGCT), formally Beaulieu Community Trust (BCT), primarily exists to further or benefit the residents of Chelmsford Garden Community by working with those residents and local stakeholders in a common effort to develop and maintain an all-inclusive, healthy and vibrant community.
