HARBOROUGH COMMUNITY BUS
THE OBJECT OF HARBOROUGH COMMUNITY BUS (HCB) IS THE PROVISION OF A CHARITABLE TRANSPORT SERVICE FOR COMMUNITY GROUPS FROM THE MARKET HARBOROUGH AREA, OR INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN THAT AREA, WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH A SERVICE BECAUSE OF AGE, SICKNESS, DISABILITY OR POVERTY.HCB IS OPERATED ENTIRELY BY VOLUNTEERS UNDER A SECTION 19 BUS PERMIT. SMALL CHARGES ARE MADE TO CONTRIBUTE TO RUNNING COSTS.
