Canolfan Pentre is a community hub for wellbeing, we strive to combat loneliness and isolation. We work with third sector partners to provide service for the community and wider community. Canolfan Pentre is run for the community by the community by dedicated volunteers. Through hard work and determination we have created a safe warm and successful environment.
