THE CHARITY WILL GENERALLY OPERATE IN, AND DRAW ITS MEMBERSHIP FROM THE COUNTIES OF LEICESTERSHIRE AND RUTLAND ALTHOUGH MEMBERSHIP FROM OUTSIDE THE REGION IS ALLOWED.
