Having negotiated a 99-year lease, we intend to rescue, preserve and refurbish the Old Sudbury Gasworks building to provide a new community resource. This will make a real difference to our heritage, people and local community. We will tell the story of the gasworks and the industrial development of the estate, as well as researching and interpreting the wider historical context of the village.
