What the accounts disclose

Audit opinion: qualified
The Trust held functional properties comprising meeting houses and burial grounds which were acquired or constructed several centuries ago. As such, their historic cost is unknown and they have never been valued for balance sheet purposes. These assets have been included in the accounts at nil value, resulting in their value being understated in the balance sheet. This matter gives me reasonable cause to believe that in this respect the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Act. — page 28
