A Charity that provides teaching of the Buddhist way, organising celebrations, cultural events, counselling, Meditation and language classes. To preserve and protect health by using meditation as a way of promoting healing and relieving stress. We cover all the communities that range from Cardiff to Swindon and Gloucester to Southampton and individual families throughout the region.
