THE OBJECTS ARE SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE CHARITY UPON TRUST TO APPLY, IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD, THE INCOME, AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL, AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER TO, OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF, THE OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT, PROVIDED THAT NO PART OF THE PROPERTY AND FUNDS OF THE CHARITY MAY BE USED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SETTLOR OR ANY SPOUSE OR CIVIL PARTNER OF THE SETTLOR.
