CARES AND THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH A LEARNING DISABILITIES SO PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES MAY ACHIEVE FULL PARTICIPATION IN THE COMMUNITY; AND5)ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES IN SELF-ADVOCACY.
